The King and the Queen, the city’s hundred-year-old ancients.
They were recovered in 1993, thanks to a popular initiative promulgated by “The Friends of Girona’s Giants.” Their replicas were baptized with the names of Felix and Angels. These replicas were made by the Ventura and Hosta workshop in Navata.
The originals, together with the rest of the municipal festival imagery, are found in the Girona City History Museum, where they can be visited by anyone who wants to know them.
